Return and Refund Policy

At SleepNeck, we want you to be completely happy with your pillow.

100-Night Risk-Free Trial

You have 100 nights from the date of delivery to try your SleepNeck pillow. If it isn't right for you, you can return it, even after you've slept on it, and we'll refund the purchase price once we've received and checked it. If your pillow arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll give you a full refund or send a replacement at no cost, whichever you prefer.

How to request a return

Email us at sleepneckpillow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

Conditions

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.

Once we've received and checked the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days, to the original payment method.

Items not eligible for return

Products damaged through misuse, or returned after the 100-night trial period, are not eligible for a refund.
